Members of the business community of Gournes have taken the initiative and have all joined together to produce our tourist information directory that will enable visitors to see what Gournes has on offer to the many visitors that come to Gournes for the first time or the many friends that come back every year.

The many business owners of Gournes have many years experience in tourism and are knowledgeable in what visitors to Gournes like, knowing that as the likes and desires of guests changes as time moves on we strive to evolve and move with it, whilst still keeping the old traditions and what visitors keep coming back to Gournes for its fantastic hospitality.

What we all have in common is to publish and show the many amenities that is on offer in our village from the older traditional village which is known as Pano Gournes to the more recent Kato Gournes with its shopping street with a great variety of shops, restaurants fast food outlets and the many different bars for everyone to visit.

On the Beach Road there are many established restaurants, tavernas and shops to choose from, a great promenade to take a stroll along. We also like to think we can give any visitor peace of mind should you have a medical problem whilst visiting be assured we have great medical facilities, dentists and pharmacists  that can be off assistance hopefully you will not need them but it’s a comfort to know they are there.
